    Company Service Policies & Client Agreement

    We value your business and aim to provide a high-quality experience for every client. Please review our policies below, which are designed to ensure smooth scheduling, optimal results, and a professional environment for everyone.

    📅 Appointments, Cancellations, & Late Arrivals

    Cancellation Policy:

    • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $10 fee.

    No-Show Policy:

    • If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, this is considered a No-Show.

    • Clients who No-Show will be required to pay the full cost of the missed service before any future appointments can be booked.

    Late Arrival Policy:

    • If you anticipate being late, please notify us immediately.

    • If you arrive more than 15-20 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, or it may be cancelled entirely.

    • In the event of a cancellation due to late arrival, you will be required to pay 50% of the total service cost.

    • To rebook following a late cancellation, payment for the full service must be made in advance.

    • Repeated late arrivals may result in the loss of future booking opportunities.

    ✨ Service Preparation & Maintenance

    Makeup Requirement

    • Please arrive at your appointment with the service area (lashes, brows, etc.) completely clean and free of makeup. This ensures the best possible results and protects our service time.

    • A $5 fee may be added to your service if makeup removal is required.

    Aftercare & Results

    • You must adhere to all Aftercare Instructions provided by your technician. These instructions are crucial for maintaining the quality and longevity of your results.

    • The technician is not responsible for poor retention, curl breakdown, or unsatisfactory results caused by:

    • Failure to follow aftercare instructions.

    • The use of oil-based products (makeup, skincare).

    • Sleeping habits or environmental factors (e.g., heat, humidity).

    Guarantees

    • Due to variations in natural hair structure, client lifestyle, and environmental factors, we do not guarantee specific retention periods, curl longevity, or lamination results.

    • We commit to using professional techniques and high-quality products to achieve the best possible outcome for you.

    Refills & Maintenance

    • For lash refill appointments, we require a minimum of 40% of the lash extensions to remain on each eye.

    • If you arrive with less than 40% remaining, the service may be subject to a Full Set charge, at the discretion of the technician.

    • Lash Lift and Brow Lamination results typically last 4–8 weeks, depending on your individual hair cycle and adherence to aftercare.

    Children & Guests

    • For the safety and relaxation of all clients, and to maintain a sanitary service environment, extra guests or children are not permitted in the service area during your appointment.

    📸 Photos & Media Release

    • We may take Before and After photos of the service area (limited to eyes and brows only) for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes (including social media).

    • By booking, you grant permission for this use. If you wish to opt out, you must clearly inform your technician before your appointment begins.
